Abstract

The authors analyze important changes of the development of relations between the European Union and the states of Africa in the context of program for development, which were introduced after the signature of Agreement between the countries in Cotonou in 2000. They investigate weak and strong sides of this Agreement, its differences of the previous agreements and the consequences of its implementation for both sides.
